Refer a Friend and Receive €20!
1. This Offer is being provided by Tirlán Limited having its principal place of business at Abbey Quarter, Kilkenny, R95DXR1, Ireland (Tirlán).
2. The Refer a Friend scheme (Offer) is only valid for customers who subscribe to or hold an online account with mymilkman.ie and choose the online card payment option and reside in the Republic of Ireland (Referrer).
3. The offer is not available for customers who hold an online mymilkman.ie account and pay by cash.
4. In all instances, “the Referrer”, relates to the Existing Online Mymilkman Account Holder.
5. In all instances, “the Referred”, relates to person who has received the referral.
6. To avail of the Offer, all Referrers and Referred must be aged 18 years or over to enter.
7. Tirlán reserve the right, at any time, to verify the eligibility of Referrers.
8.The Referred must be a new customer to Mymilkman.ie.
9. €20 will be added to the Referrer’s mymilkman.ie account, in four €5 instalments, each instalment will be made following each of the first four successful online transactions completed by the Referred.
10. €10 will be added to the Referred mymilkman.ie account, in one €10 payment, after three successful online transactions have been received from the Referred.
11. No cash alternative is available.
12. There is no limit to the number of people the Referrer can refer i.e. one can refer 5 people and receive €100 credit.
13. The Referred may not avail of being referred under this Offer more than once.
14. To avail of the Offer, Referrers must Login to their Mymilkman.ie Dashboard, where they will be presented with the ‘Refer a Friend’ offer and option to share the link.
15. The Referrer will be notified via email when the Referred has signed up.
16. The Referrer will receive the first €5 only after the Referred has successfully made their first full payment, provided the Referred’s order is not cancelled for any reason. This process will be followed for the remaining three (3) payments.
17. The Referrer can log on to their mymilkman account, and track their credit updates in the ‘Refer a Friend’ section.
18. The Referred will receive email notification of the €10 credit being added to their account.
19. In the event of the Referred cancelling their order / account, the Referrer will not receive any notification of such or any further credit.
20. This Offer is subject to availability and Tirlán reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time for any reason without notice, if the Offer is terminated no further credit will be provided.
21. Failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Offer, account closure and forfeiture of the credit.
22. The Offer begins on October 2019 and will run until terminated by Tirlán.
23. Entry into this Offer shall be deemed to be full and unconditional acceptance by the Referrer of these Terms and Conditions.
