- The Promoter is Glanbia Foods Ireland Limited t/a Glanbia Consumer Foods (“Glanbia”), having its principal place of business at 3008 Lake Drive, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24 (the “Promoter”).
- This Promotion is valid for customers who use the club promotional code while creating an online account with mymilkman.ie and reside in the Republic of Ireland (the “Entrant”). The Entrant must be a new customer to mymilkman.ie.
- This Promotion can only be availed of by Entrants who have the milk delivery service within their area and pay by card on mymilkman.ie. The Entrant must be aged 18 years or older. The Promotional Period is as specified in Glanbia’s communication with the Entrant’s club, unless terminated earlier by Glanbia (the “Promotional Period”).
- The Promoter has the right to extend the Promotional Period.
- If the Entrant signs up to an online account with mymilkman.ie using their club’s promotional code during the Promotional Period, and makes three successful online transactions, the Promoter will credit the Entrant’s club €40 and €10 will be credited to the Entrant’s mymilkman.ie account, redeemable against any MyMilkMan product (the “Promotion”).
- No cash alternative is available.
- The Promotion will be valid after the Entrant has had three successful online card transactions.
- All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Entries made by a third party or via automated devices or processes are not allowed, and all such entries will be disqualified.
- Total weekly order value of the Entrant should be a minimum of €8.
- The Entrant will receive an email notification of the €10 credit being added to their account.
- The club will receive the total fundraising contribution raised by the Promotion one
- At the end of the Promotional Period, the club will be informed of the total number of Entrants who successfully signed up using the club promotional code. The club will not be given an Entrant’s personal data.
- In the event that the Entrant cancels or pauses their mymilkman.ie account before completing three successful online payments, the club will not be entitled to receive the contribution.
- This Promotion is mutually exclusive and cannot be combined with any other Promotion.
- Only one Entrant per household is eligible for this Promotion.
- Any personal data that you provide shall be used by the Promoter solely in connection with this Promotion. The Promoter may disclose your personal data to its authorised agents and service providers in connection with such purposes. - This Promotion is subject to availability and the Promotor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Promotion or amend these terms and conditions at any time for any reason without notice. In the case that the Promotion is terminated, no further credit will be provided.
- The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in the Promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the Entrant of any such failure.
- The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate Promotion details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
- The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, cost, expense or liability suffered or incurred by any person, entrant or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Promotion.
- Failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Promotion and forfeiture of the credit.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
