Terms & Conditions
- The promoter is Tirlán Limited trading as MyMilkman.ie (“Tirlán”) having a place of business at 3090 Lake Dr, Citywest, Dublin 24, D24 XN47.
- To be eligible to enter the competition (the “Promotion”), entrants must be a) over 18 years of age; b) a resident of the Republic of Ireland and c) an existing MyMilkman.ie customer.
- Directors, officers, employees, contractors or agents of Tirlán and its affiliates, their immediate family members or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible to participate or win. By entering the Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
- In total, there are 9 prizes to be won. Each entrant acknowledges that by entering into the Promotion, only 9 winning entrants will each win 1 X €100 One4ALL Voucher (the “Prize”).
- The Promotion is running from Monday 2nd December 2024 until Sunday 15th December 2024 at 9pm in Republic of Ireland only (the “Promotional Period”).
- 5 x Winners will be randomly selected on Dec 9th 2024
- 4 x Winners will be randomly selected on Dec 16th 2024
- Entries received after the end of the Promotional Period will not be accepted. Tirlán has the right to extend the Promotional Period, where applicable.

- Only correct answers from existing MyMilkman.ie customers will be accepted as an entry.
- The winners will be determined at random from all correct entries. In the event of a dispute, Tirlán’s decision will be final and binding and Tirlán will not enter into correspondence about the choice of winner.
- No purchase is necessary to enter into the Promotion, nor where applicable, to redeem the Prize.
- Tirlán is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with the Promotion. Tirlán assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website during the Promotional Period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Tirlán on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from the use of any material in the Promotion.
- There is no cash or other alternative to the Prize and Prizes must be accepted as awarded. The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. Only one Prize per MyMilkman.ie customer.
- Winners will be contacted within 14 days after draws outlined above have been made. If the winner does not respond within 5 days of being contacted or are not available for any reason when contacted in relation to the Prize, Tirlán shall select an alternative winner.
- Entrants agree by entering the Promotion to participate in such publicity including but not limited to the publication of their names and photographs for advertising and/or promotional purposes. Should a winner be unable or unwilling to take part in any such publicity, Tirlán may at its discretion choose a replacement winner without future reference or obligation to the original winner.
- Tirlán accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury (other than our liability for personal injury or death as a result of its negligence) or disappointment of any kind suffered by any entrant in entering the Promotion or in connection with the Prize, including but not limited to as a result of any entrant winning or not winning any prize. Tirlán provides no warranty as to the fitness or condition of the Prize.
- Tirlán accepts no responsibility for entrants taking part in this Promotion, they do so at their own risk. Tirlán does not accept any responsibility for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, cost, expense or liability suffered or incurred by any person, entrant or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of, or in connection with, this Promotion.
- Any personal data that you provide shall be used by Tirlán in connection with this Promotion and for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Tirlán may disclose your personal data to its authorised agents and service providers in connection with such purposes. Tirlán will only use your personal data in compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection Acts 1988 to 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and in accordance with our privacy policy. - The allocation of the Prizes will be to individuals only. No syndicates or groups will be eligible to enter this Promotion.
- Any person entering the Promotion or accepting or using any Prize agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Tirlán and each of their respective affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in the Promotion or the acceptance or use or misuse of the Prize.
- Tirlán reserves the right at its sole discretion to exclude any entries which it believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct and may result in cancellation or disqualification and ultimately forfeiting the Prize.
- Tirlán reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical or other difficulties outside its control, with no liability to entrants or third parties.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
